I have built a modular street corner. It includes: a café, a bakery, 2 small apartments and a small park. All 3 parts can be separated and rearranged. It also features 4 minifigures and 1 animal.
I have built this to replace old modular buildings of mine, and I based the size of the building on another MOC. I love building modular buildings with a lot of detail so that each structure can tell its own story.
This would make a great set as many young children would love this amount of detail as a set, so they can create stories, and it will grow their imagination and help them be creative.
