3D printers are amazing devices that can print solid objects by putting layers of plastic on each other. This LEGO 3D printer is based off of the 3D printer I have.
There are no 3D printers on LEGO Ideas, so this will be new. The bed of this LEGO 3D printer can move forward and backward, and the extruder can move side to side and up and down, just like a real 3D printer. It has white filament, because that was the only color I had long tube pieces in. The set also comes with a white brick that it is printing.
