        <div>Why wait for your battery to charge when you can swap it for a charged one faster than you can fill your gas tank?</div><div><br></div><div>The build shows NIO's last generation battery swap station for NIO's Electric Vehicles. It allows the user to replace an empty or defective battery with a replacement battery in under 5 minutes. The entire process is fully automated, even the car enters the swap pod by itself. Every station hold more than a dozen battery packs of different energy content sizes. NIO plans to build swap station all over the world in the next few years.</div><div><br></div><div>I built it because I support sustainable innovation and I believe it could be a really cool feature accompanying 8-stud wide brick built EV scale models requiring fresh juicy batteries.
