Triumph TR2

This is a model of the Triumph TR2, a fast and fun sports car made between 1953 and 1954. At the time, it was the cheapest car capable of 100mph. One with optional aerodynamic equipment and no engine modifications achieved 125mph, at the time a world record for a car with a 2 litre engine.This model has opening doors, boot, and bonnet, with a highly detailed 4 cylinder engine. As there are no lego sets of Triumph cars I think a Triumph model would be a great addition to LEGO's range and an opportunity for many people to showcase their liking of Triumph sports cars.
