This secret base is located in the Lego city forest; the base belongs to a special force group of the Lego city police. The special force group fights against organized crime &amp; sophisticated criminals. &nbsp;The special force group mission is to keep the area safe &amp; eliminate crime.

The base is the Special Force group Head Quarters, it includes parking space, garage for two motorcycles, computer room, jail section with two prison cells, a dock for two speedboats &amp; storage box for weapons.

I believe that the project can be a part from the Lego city police, just like the swamp police station set that has a different role from the standard police force.
