        <div>The Arts and Quilts shop Moved into the lower level of the building and now the whole building resembles and art piece of its own full of patterns and colors.&nbsp;</div><div>At street level is the Arts and quilts shop where anyone can purchase art supplies, fabric, and quilting materials.&nbsp;The shop also holds quilting classes and invites all who enter to do a little hand quilting on their large quilting frame.&nbsp;Next to the shop is a small courtyard where art is displayed and there is a staircase that leads up to the apartment above.&nbsp;</div><div>The second level of the building is the first part of the apartment.&nbsp;There is a little kitchen, dining table, and cozy sitting area.&nbsp;It’s a cozy place to have friends over.&nbsp;</div><div>The third level of the building is the rest of the apartment.&nbsp;It had the bedroom, a full bath, a small sewing nook, and a balcony. </div><div><br></div><div>I originally designed most of this for the jigsaw puzzle contest and reworked it to fit into a modular style building on a 32x32 base plate.&nbsp;I enjoy making art in lots of forms and quilts hold a special place in my heart. &nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>
