<div><b><b>Restored House</b></b><br></div><div><br></div><div>Hello everybody! I’m glad to introduce you my new
project on LEGO Ideas, which shows a complete restoration of my previous <a href="https://ideas.lego.com/projects/df4d366c-1ee8-405e-a35c-b3d4b1f53d8d">Ruined
House</a> to turn it into a rural house full of life. <span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br></div><div><span style=""></span><br></div><p>I have spent a lot of enjoyable hours building this
project with LDD, and several more rendering the different views. It’s been a
lot of work, but very exciting too. The main features are set forth below.<br></p><div><br></div><p><b><b>Main Features</b></b><br></p><div>The house comprises a flowered facade, an orchard, an old tree, a ground floor, a first floor and a gable roof. The set has been designed onto two baseplates (32x32
and 16x32) and is fully modular. <br></div><p><br></p><div><b>Facade and
Orchard&nbsp; </b><br></div><div><br></div><p><span style=""><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span>The facade is made with clay bricks and decorative stone
blocks. In addition to the windows and to the arched main entrance, there is also
a small balcony to enjoy the natural landscape surrounding the house. Several climbing
roses, and many other yellow flowers in a planter box, make this facade very colourful. <br></p><p>The orchard is to the right side of the house, in
front of a large and old tree. Many mature tomatoes hang from the canes, while
some vegetables wait their moment to be picked up. <span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br></p><div><br></div><p><span style=""><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span><b>Ground floor </b><br></p><p><span style=""><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span>The ground floor has a modern kitchen and a large
dining room, which are intended to enjoy meals and other social events with family
and friends. A fireplace helps to keep this place warm even during the colder
days. <br></p><p><span style=""><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span>A wooden staircase connects the ground floor with the
first floor. Under the staircase there is some agricultural stuff.<br></p><p><br></p><div><b>First floor</b><br></div><div><br></div><p>The first floor has a family bedroom and a bathroom. The
bedroom has two double bunk beds and a pair of wardrobes. The bathroom is fully
equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower. <br></p><p><br></p><div><b>Minifigures</b><br></div><div><br></div><p><span style=""><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span>The set includes six minifigures which represent a
family formed, for example, by a grandfather, a grandmother, a son or daughter,
a son or daughter-in-law, a grandson and a granddaughter. The set also includes a
cute puppy as the family pet. <span style="">&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><span style=""><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span>Thus making this set fully lively and playable! <span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>I hope you like it. Thanks for your support!<br></p><div><br></div>
