The Wizard's Weekend Getaway

Demanding kings, dark sorceress ex-wives and head-hungry dragons - even a wizard needs a break from time to time. This one has made his Wizard´s Weekend Getaway possible.
He has set up his tower on a rock in the mountains which he visits together with his faithful animal companions at weekends and on vacation. There he enjoys the view and the peace and quiet.
The model
The whole set is built on a rock which can be anywhere in the mountains, where the wizard can have his peace and quiet.
A small footbridge leads up the rock, directly alongside a flowing stream fed by a mountain spring. There is already a covered viewing platform on the first level.
A spiral staircase leads to the next level where the main building begins. Stained glass windows create a beautiful play of colors inside. If you go through the level another spiral staircase to the next level awaits on the other side. A dark wooden walkway leads to a room. There is a ladder at the side.
The ladder takes you to the second last level which is another room. Via the outer balcony a solid staircase leads up to the roof from where the wizard has the best view.
The tower is overgrown with numerous plants. The animals are the wizard's friends and feel equally at home here.
- Over 2,600 parts are included in this set.
The Why
I built the Wizard's Weekend Getaway because I have been fascinated by castle sets since I was a child. Especially the Robin Hood sets which combined nature and castle. At the same time I love fantasy and wanted to create a place where I would enjoy spending time myself. Living alone in a magic tower with animals is a very tempting idea. :)
Let's make it official
This set contains various inspirations that I have known since my childhood. Including Majisto Magical Workshop. I've always had the impression that a lot is still possible in this area and that there can be wonderful LEGO sets in which castle and fantasy come together.
As an official LEGO set it could be ideal for play, but also looks good on the shelf and can of course be populated with other figures. It can be a great addition to knight sets and bring in an enchanted side.
If you like this set I would be delighted to receive your support. Of course I also look forward to your feedback of any kind.
To end with the words of the wizard: No Spells Before Monday!
