It’s a corner modular building with three floors consisting of 3 different business like in real life. Personally it is made up of the three places my wife and I frequently visit. A grocery or small supermarket, a bakery and a lobster shack or seafood restaurant of sorts.
I believe this would make a great addition to the street scapes of current modulars that is pre-existing and a slightly more diverse build with some more different techniques in it. Also, as this was a build with existing bricks I had and not done on a software of any kind I utilized for the most part the stickers from Xtra packs to enhance it but not recreating new additional graphic stickers.
There are some refinements to be done and things to be improved but the gist of it is about the diverse little business we often find in different neighborhoods. Chalk one up for small businesses.
