Tiger in the Grass

This is the second version of this tiger I've entered into LEGO Ideas. It is designed with biomimetic principles in mind, with the proportions, articulation - even the ears - and details as realistic as possible. The main improvement is the face, which now includes nose pieces, a more robust mane, and LIGHT-UP EYES that turn on with a light brick embedded in the head. To accommodate these changes, the whole scale of the model had to be increased. Another notable difference is the design of the feet, which are now more life-like.

I believe this would make a great model for anyone who loves animals, realism, and swooshability. At almost 1000 pieces and 2 lbs, with lots of fun build features like implied internal organs and recessed joints, this tiger promises enjoyment for those who love to build models and play with engaging toys!
