The base of the gramophone is a 16x16 plate. It goes in by two bricks at the base to make the box a 14x14 square. The color of the box is a deep dark brown, with a wooden carved design on the corners. A wheel on the side of the gramophone is dark brown with a golden cross.
The top of the gramophone opens up, and small minifigure musicians are playing instruments inside. The horn part of the gramophone is golden, and is 10x10 wide at the opening. The three mini figures inside play a saxophone, a cello, and a flute. The horn part of the gramophone and the top of the box are on hinges.
