Demogorgon Figure

The beginning of Stranger Things gave glimpses of the eerie, slender silhouette of this creature, it set the tone for the show: it was going to have some creepy humanoid creature, but that wasn't something new.

It wasn't until the seemingly round head unfolded itself and revealed the star shaped mouth of teeth covered petals, that it stood out as something iconic to me.

Having a passion for creature designs this was something that appealed to me, and being one who loves action figures I wanted to create a fully articulated Demogorgon, trying to maintain the proportions of the original design while allowing a great range of articulation.

I also added the option to fold the petals together, however some of the teeth parts must be removed and one part replaced to achieve this effect.

As I have designed it digitally without limitation to colour use, I added an alternative version in grey, based on existing colours only.
