Ambulance Rescue

Some heroes drive spaceships, some drive fancy cars...and some drive ambulances! Here we see two heroic EMTs helping a motorcycle rider who has crashed into a tree.

"We're right here," he said to the motorcycle rider. "You're in good hands. We'll take care of you," she said. "Hmmm," the rider moaned, not quite sure what was going on.

"We're going for a little ride now," he told the motorcycle rider. "No more rides," the rider said. "In an ambulance," he said. "Oh," the rider said, and then "what about my bike?" "Don't worry about your bike," she said, "Let's take care of you first."

The EMTs loaded him into the ambulance, the man stayed in the back with him, and the woman hoped in the driver's seat and took them to the hospital.

Some heroes get awards and recognition. Some become famous. But there are others, like EMTs, who serve behind-the-scenes and yet save lives every day. To all of the everyday heroes, thank you! This world is a better place because of you!
