Sakura Train

Hi! I developed my entry during my free time after work, and I must say it has been a real challenge! It's the first time I've finished a project in Stud.io and I'm very happy with how it turned out (as every good MOC designer says).

To inspire me, I went back to anime films with very beautiful landscapes that evoke an indescribable feeling of peace, a closeness to the soul of Japan. I decided to stick with the trains and cherry blossom trees. After some research I discovered a place known as the cherry blossom tunnel, in Kyoto. It is a tram section with approximately 70 cherry trees that create a wonderful seasonal view. I liked it so much that I decided to build a small part of it, limiting myself to its main elements: the railway crossing, the driver's car and the cherry tree. I didn't want to use specialized train parts and it doesn't contain minifigures as I originally thought of making it smaller.

The car is not secured in position, only placed; it can slide on the rails. =)
