Cullinan - The Biggest Diamond on the Earth
Cullinan is the largest diamond that was extracted from our beautiful Earth on January 26, 1905 and weighed 621.2 g. In 1908 it was divided into smaller parts and sold. The two largest of them were polished and placed in the royal insignia of Great Britain. No larger diamond has been mined since then.
I created this exhibition because I would like to see (although this is no longer possible) the Cullinan in its raw state. See what treasure was hidden under the surface of the Earth. Admire its vastness.
My design consists of a pedestal, a red velvet pillow and, of course, the diamond itself - Cullinan.
