Reliability
Bob had obviously overestimated the reliability of his new ute, and he took it out to the desert, where it promptly broke down. Waiting in the desert heat for over three minutes, Bob was finally saved by a far more reliable Land Rover Defender 90, which was much better prepared for the area. The Defender driver hooked up a cable to a winch point on the ute, and escaped the desert with the car in tow, with the greatest capability.
When I was thinking about possible entries, I didn't immediately have a great idea like so many others who have entered this contest. Instead, I eventually picked the generic 'towing a broken-down vehicle out of a dangerous environment' after decision failure and made it as good as I was able to.
