Lego Universe Rockets

For many growing up in the 2000s, Lego nostalgia means Lego Universe.

I was lucky enough to have also received both Lego Universe sets that came out: 55001 Nexus Force Rocket, and 2853944 Nexus Astronaut, and this model is based on both.

Included are two rockets; the Nexus Force Rocket, and the Pink Rocket which, despite never being physically made, featured in the game. Rockets in Lego Universe were modular, and so both rockets can be broken down into their nose cones, cockpits and engines and swapped around.

Both rockets use modern building techniques and sturdy technic parts to make cool little vehicles that can be played or displayed. Additionally, they both now have a landing leg in the nose cone, enabling them to be displayed vertically and horizontally.

The set includes a cat (a homage to Lego Universe pets), the Nexus Astronaut, and Bob, the Lego Universe Mascot.
