Crystal Sweeper - Midi-Scale

Like many others, I was a massive Power Miners fan back in 2009-2010. The bright colors, engaging story and overall theme had something mesmerizing about them. I remember going to my local toy store to pick up the newest catalog to check out the new Power Miners sets and how they looked. Of course, I begged my parents for every single one of the sets.

I owned many of the sets and the ones I didn't own are still some of my "white whale" sets. My absolute favorite set that I ever owned was the Crystal Sweeper. I remember zooming around my room picking up all the crystals and Rock Monsters (as the commercial suggested) that I had strewn across the floor. Looking back, that probably was a massive hazard for everybodies feet.

Needless to say, I was completely bummed out when the theme was discontinued. I wish we could have seen more of it.

This MOC is a tribute not only to the Crystal Sweeper, but to Power Miners as a whole. It captures a Midi-Scale version of my all time favorite set.
