The Alpha Team may be disbanded, but a battle still wages deep below the sea! A Skeleton Drone with eight deadly limbs still seeks to carry out Ogel's plans for world domination! This formidable foe is armed with plasma fire, a chainsaw, a stinger, a rotor blade, a trident gun, an energy blaster, a giant cleaver, and a titanium hammer!

It's up to Tee Vee and a rundown robot diver suit to put a stop to Ogel's odious octopus! Will its mechanical claws and plasma blasters be enough to save the day, or will the crooked cephalopod emerge from the deep to terrorize the surface?
