Lego Universe: Rocket Launch Pad

In late 2010, Lego Universe went online and captured the hearts of many players, including me! 2 sets were released to promote it, but after the game went down in 2012 I've been sad more didn't come from it. Now, I've made a model based on the game to relive fond memories from it.

In Lego Universe, players made use of rockets and launchpads to fly between islands, and those make the centerpiece of the build. The original launchpad had a flimsy build, so this one is stronger and added joints let it move around more.

The rocket is based on the first you get in the game, and even with half as many pieces as the original it has a nicer build, and it can even combine with any other rocket from the game!

Stromlings and Stromling Mechs are some of the first enemies you would encounter in game. The Mech can be posed more than the original while still looking how it did in game thanks to modern parts, and it can still be rebuilt into a turret!
