The Aero Nomad Flies Again

The Aero Nomad was a set I never got but always loved to look at. I love the idea of hot air balloons and explorers, so I love seeing a hot air balloon Lego set. I decided to take a somewhat different approach to the set as I wanted the basket to be bigger and to look more worn and bended. That’s why I used clip pieces to make the basket curve upwards. Overall there aren’t many play features with my creation but I think it would be a great display model to put other exploring type figures in so if you agree, I appreciate the support! I also included a little terrain side build that pays homage to the setting of the original set and gives the characters in the set something to get with the crate full of gold. It also adds some scenery to the display.
