Customised Motor on Wheels

This car enthusiast found an old-timer automobile in a barn which is basically a motor on wheels. The car enthusiast made good use of the old parts and rebuild it into a customised street car. Perhaps the vehicle still does not conform to all road safety norms, but it eventually will get there and then the enthusiast will show his new old-timer to all his like-minded friends!
