Minifigure: Granny Got the Gas!!!

Everyone has witnessed a older person going very slow on the road, but have you ever witnessed a older person going fast? And by fast i mean 193 MPH fast???!!! In my MOC style street block scene, this old lady had been caught going 193 MLP over the speed limit!!! Blowing by a speed meter and a red light with a cop on her heels!!!
