Cosmic Sentinel

Inspired by the classic-space sets of the 1980s, the Cosmic Sentinel is a single-seat, short-range scouting and patrol craft. It features two deployable sensor probes that increase the area the small craft can monitor. Its simple, rugged construction enables mechanics on remote outposts to keep them operational despite shortages of spare parts. This also makes them popular in the civilian surplus markets and on amateur racing circuits.

The Cosmic Sentinel is built with 137 pieces. It is shown in the classic blue, gray, trans-yellow color scheme. I have also rendered it in some alternate color schemes to represent different squadrons or  civilian race paint schemes.

It is displayed on a brick-built 16x16 stud landing pad that is reminiscent of classic-space baseplates. The landing pad consists of 208 pieces and could be included with the Cosmic Sentinel as a complete set if desired.

The model and landing pad was designed and built in LDD. Pictures were rendered with BlueRender.
