River Walk

Last year we camped along a river. Hills full of trees surround the area. The branches hung out over the water in places, and the stratified rock walls were beautiful! The water was crystal clear, and we could see giant rocks along the river bottom. Its banks were lined with thousands of rocks. Small plants sprang up between them, while butterflies, frogs and insects scurried over their surfaces. Birds and squirrels could be heard among the rustling tree leaves. We took many photographs of this serene setting as we walked along the riverbanks each day.
