Dancing in the Drizzle

In this submission, we find a couple who have found the perfect place for a romantic waltz, that place being next to a malfunctioning fire hydrant that can spray the duo with water. Though it might now be the most idealistic romantic scenario, it definitely is whimsical for the pair, and seeing as they have brought their waterproof boombox, who knows how long they can continue dancing along to the music?
