9,000 Supporters - time for the final countdown...

Dear supporters! Getting from 8,000 to 9,000 votes "BASEMENT & SEWERAGE" needed only 19.5 days - such an amazing speed in growth of supporter numbers had last been seen back in November 2020 when the project was still to be found on the first page of the "Most Popular" ranking! Heartfelt thanks to all of you who have voted for this model - you are the ones who have carried the project to this point together.
And now, the final countdown from 999 to zero has just begun. Let's see if we can even reach the ultimate goal in under a year's time overall. The project had started on 11 September 2020 as you can see in the following timeline.

BASEMENT & SEWERAGE milestones:

Voting gaining speed yet again: Plus 1,000 votes in under 40 days - project hits 8,000 supporters!

Dear supporters! What a great summer "BASEMENT & SEWERAGE" has had so far! After taking 78 days to go from 5K to 6K, the project only needed a little under 46 days from 6K to 7K. And going from 7K to 8K even took less time again than for the previous mark - just 39,5 days were needed to gain another 1,000 votes for reaching the 8,000 milestone! Thank you very much to all my current and future supporters! Now let's go for that 9K mark! ;)

A model appealing to lots of different occupational groups

When I uploaded my project I had no idea how many different occupational groups would be able to relate to my model, each for their own reasons. But meanwhile I've learned that there's a significant number of people in the working world, all coming from very different jobs, who like and support my project because they would love to see their work getting a little bit more attention in the LEGO world.

Here are some examples of all the different occupational groups (workers, employees, associations or companies) who have supported my project with website articles, social media posts, votes or comments:

- Civil Engineers (including a big Civil Engineers Association)
- Waterworks Companies
- Urban Planners/Designers
- Sewerage/Wastewater Workers
- Plumbers & Subsurface Plumbers
- Architects
- Sewer Rehabilitation Companies and Associations
- Geologists
- Janitors

Obviously my project has a broad appeal to all these different groups of people - a lot of them presumably being not too familiar with LEGO building/collecting yet, so this set does in fact address a large audience of all-new LEGO fans, besides all the existing LEGO enthusiasts of all ages.
