This set was inspired by some of the houses that I see daily with those barred doors and those noisy restaurants underneath. This Bar/Apartment is a replication of what I sometimes see. This set would be a great LEGO set because with a manual and some basic modifications, it would be fun and easy to build. I also think it looks nice, but that might just be me.
