Shredder, the archenemy of Splinter and the Turtles has it out for the team. He has created an evil lair with the intent of extracting the mutagens from the Turtles. He has built capsules that will strip the Turtles of their powers and possibly their lives.
Eric Sacks has won the trust of O'Neil and the Turtles and now Shredder has captured Michelangelo, Donatello,and Leonardo. Raphael is on his way to rescue them, wasting no time to get there. Can he get there in time to save his brothers?
