This set in my opinion is a great set as an add on to a house, or has a stand-alone structure, the set contains only 1 minifigure. The Kitchen itself has multiple cupboards and drawers, as well as an oven-top with 4 hobs and a frying pan, a sink, a coffee machine, and a pie on the counter.
I would recommend the set be sold $12.50 (£7.99). The set contains 140 bricks.
