This is the model my girlfriend built with my old lego sets.
I made a few changes but basically the most is the same.
You have 2 boats, one is the main and one is hidden behind under the escape ladder and porch.
You have also a treasure chest that can be hidden inside the building.
When you need to deliver it someplace you can use the ship and the rails to lower it and travel with it to some other places.
It should include pirates too..
