Star Wars Chess- Large Scale

Will you choose the Rebels, and fight with the iconic heroes you've come to know and love? Or will you choose the mighty Empire, and tread out the uprising rebellion and maintain your power over the galaxy?

This is a large-scale version of my other Star Wars Chess sets, and takes place on four 32x32 base tiles, so can be easily dismantled and transported. I really hope producing this chess set may inspire more people to take up chess, with a new fun twist on it! It also acts as an excellent display piece, and the character pieces are:

Rebels

• Pawns- Rebel Troopers
• Rooks- X-Wings
• Knights- C3PO and R2D2, Han Solo and Chewbacca
• Bishops- Obi Wan Kenobi and Princess Leia
• Queen- Luke Skywalker
• King- Yoda

Empire

• Pawns- Stormtroopers
• Rooks- Tie Fighters
• Knights- Imperial Crewman and Naval Officer
• Bishops- The Emperor's Guards
• Queen- Darth Vader
• King- The Emperor

Overall, the set consists of 2,324 bricks, so it's just as fun building it as it would be playing with it.

This is my second upload of this project, which previously reached 552 supporters. I'm hoping this one will do even better, so we can finally have a Lego Star Wars Chess Set on the shelves! I apologise for the lesser quality of the additional photos compared to my other projects, however my rendering software has gone a bit hay-wire and I haven't been able to make it work. As soon as it's up and running again, I'll update the projects with the rendered images.
