The Lord of the Rings

Chricholson has expressed many clever ideas here, and should be commended for his creativity and planning around this project. </font>

<font color="#1f497d" face="Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, sans-serif" size="2">When working with an external company to develop an IP theme such as Lord of the Rings, we cannot publicly announce a project until everything had been finalized.  As it typically takes 12-18 months to develop and release a LEGO product, situations like these arise where a LEGO CUUSOO project overlaps a product that is in development. Overlaps of this nature are covered in #7 of the LEGO CUUSOO Guidelines and House Rules.</font>
