An actual build
All 29 pieces are accounted unfortunately I don't have the actual white colour and some studless piece I am however able to replace them with matching pieces.
Building it?
Just in case, I used the Lego Digital Designer to build it. The instruction to construct it can be found here:

The build however didn't include the metallic silver rod piece which suppose to represent the radioactive material presented here in ideas as it was an earlier build. It was later added after considering that it was an important part of the RTG which shouldn't be omit.
