This is a two level fitness center with a cafe on the roof. This also includes six mini figures, three treadmills, a workout bike, three weights, eight chairs, and flowers next to the windows on the second story. As you can see the back opens up with Lego hinges in this all white brick building. As you can also see there are 18 windows. I have also added a lobby with chairs.
The treadmills are located on the second floor next to the stairs.
I think this would be a great addition to any Lego set.
