Why did you build it?
I was build it because Bill is cool and beauty and i want to all other people has it, it's my dream to make a LEGO sets for other. I think he is would like by people and they will buy LEGO set with it.
Why do you believe this would make a great LEGO set?
Bill Cipher LEGO set would small but very interest. Children like me would be able to build it themself, also this set will easily to produce because it small.
