City Villa with Garden and Pool

This time I wanted to build a town villa with garden and pool. The wine cellar is located in the basement.
On the ground floor, a long hallway, a spacious living room with piano and a large kitchen with dining area are decorated.
On the first floor you will find the elegant master bedroom, a club room with a bookshelf and clock and 2 children's room and a large designer bathroom.
The hobby room with piano, drums and an artist's Studio is housed on the 2nd floor.
There is a pool and a barbecue in the tropical garden.

Dieses mal wollte ich eine Sadt Villa mit Garten und Pool bauen. Im Untergeschoß befindet sich der Weinkeller.
Im Erdgeschoß sind ein langer Flur, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Klavier und eine große Wohnküche  mit Eßbereich eingerichtet.
Im 1. Obergeschoß findet man das elegante Elternschlafzimmer, einen Clubraum mit Bücherregal und Standuhr sowie 2 Kinderzimmer und ein großes Designer Badezimmer.
Im 2. Obergeschoß ist der Hobbyraum mit Klavier, Schlagzeug und ein Künstleratelier untergebracht.
Im tropischem  Garten befindet sich ein Pool und eine Grillecke.
