There's a monument by Robert Indiana in W 53rd Street of Manhattan.
That monument, quiet and still, has always been a source of support and inspiration to me.
In these difficult days, I wish it could become a sign for the people of New York City, as for all the people everywhere else in the world, to never give up, never surrender to the bad things life can reserve us.
I can't keep my tears while I write these words. But I hope.
I hope to come back to the Big Apple one day.
To get lost in the many streets of the city that never sleeps.
To breathe the many smells coming from its melting pot of ethnicity, cultures, kitchens, souls.
