The show lasted 7 series, with 2 Extreme series, and resulted in several spin-offs in America and European tournaments, some which later appeared in the main series. While the show ended in 2004 reruns are still broadcast, and competitive robot tournaments are still popular, with a lot of teams who entered the TV series still going strong.
