Introducing Apple Tree Manor. This cute little colonial modular offers a large amount of detail in a fairly small package. Starting from the outside, the large fenced yard offers details such as a small covered patio, as well as a large apple tree behind the cute 1 stall garage. Inside the house, the first floor contains the kitchen, dining room, and staircase leading upstairs. Upstairs contains a small living space with a fireplace, a viewing deck outside, as well as a dormer style single bedroom up above in the gabled roof.
