Hong Kong Skyline

If Shanghai is the Paris of the Far East, then Hong Kong is undoubtedly its New York. While Shanghai’s iconic trio of skyscrapers and the Oriental Pearl Tower stand like the four edges of Eiffel Tower, symbolizing the city’s modernity and romance, the dense concrete jungle on both sides of Victoria Harbour mirrors the bustling glory of Manhattan.

Next to the British-style Legislative Council blooms the eternally vibrant Golden Bauhinia. Beside the solemn and majestic Tian Tan Buddha lies the Disneyland theme park. Opposite the soaring skyscrapers of Central stands the Hong Kong Palace Museum, a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. In this city, some command vast empires from high-rise offices, while others persevere with life in just a few square meters. It is the best representation of cyberpunk, it is the brightest pearl of the east.

At the back:

The Victoria Peak (left, with the peak tower and lions pavilion)A futuristic building with a unique bowl-shaped design, serving as a major viewing platform atop Victoria Peak.

Tian Tan Buddha (right) The world's tallest sitted buddha, located on Lantau Island, symbolizing the religious culture and also the traditional Chinese culture. Represented by a trophy piece plus the iconic ladders.

In the middle:

Bank of China Building: Once the tallest in Hong Kong and in Asia, has an iconic triangular shape and beautiful LED effect, still one of the most iconic symbol of Hong Kong, often appear in movies like Pacific Rim, Godzilla vs. Kong, Batman: Dark knight and so on. Ws built when Hong Kong was handed back to China.

HSBC Building: home to the famous local bank HSBC, the building has been rebuilt on its original site four times. Mounts two cannons on top, to prevent the bad fengshui from bank of china building.

IFC(International Finance Centre) 2: Once the highest building in Hong Kong, symbol of its global power and finance.

The Center: One of the tallest steel buildings in the world, is renowned for its LED light displays that illuminate the skyline at night. Added to make the lineup more natural.

ICC (International Commerce Centre): Currently the tallest building in Hong Kong, has an iconic scene of facing to IFC across the river.

Palace Museum Hong Kong:  recent cultural addition, branch of the famous Palace museum in Beijing.

At the front:

Golden Bauhinia Square: Represents the Hong Kong was handed back to China, has a great historical meaning.

The Legislative Council: British style and collennial architecture , reminding the people the past of this island.

Causeway Bay: (with an iconic hong kong green tram crossing between the two rows of buildings) : the famous representation of the impression of the cyberpunk city, with neon lights and signs.

And also there are few famous ships, a star ferry and a sampan crossing the harber to add on more liveliness to the image.

All the different buildings in this model were roughly in the same scale of each other, enhancing the sense of reallism.
