This is Scorpion Palace. In essence, it is a cool evil throne room/ courtyard. This is not an attempt to revive Knights' Kingdom, nor is it in sync with Knight's Kingdom canon. However, it does contain Lord Vladek and some Shadow knights.
The platform for the throne is made out of doors. These doors are seven studs high (In this case, seven studs long) are attached to an 8 stud long base.(It's amazing what you can do with some singles studs pieces) The balconies are SNOTed, basically being walls turned into floors. (Attached of course, not just resting there )
The black thing in the wall above the throne is a scorpion mosaic. How many scorpions can you find?
