after being pushed into a lake of energized protodermis by Sonic the Hedgehog, Grounder transformed into a Toa of Robotics and Toa Tahu told Grounder that he must go to the city of Metru Nui to stop the shadows of Makuta Teridax and his army of Rakshi. Armed and ready, Toa Grounder has the ability to access all of the know Kanohi powers and has the ability to make toa tools appear out of thin air and can make robots to help fight against the shadows.
