Medieval Castle and Pirates are among my favorite LEGO themes, along with Modular Building Series - so I thought, why not combining them all together into one build.
Medieval and Pirates Costume Shops are two half modular buildings, each on a 16 x32 base plate and designed to fit within any modular building series city.
The Medieval Costume Shop is a medieval themed costume shop, for patrons to dress up and go back to medieval times. There is a good selection of knight costumes from different factions of knights, along with many helmets, shields and weapons props for selection. There is a fitting room on the second level for patrons to try out different outfit.
The Pirates Costume Shop is a pirate and imperial navy themed costume shop. Patrons can dress up and go back to the swashbuckling age. Likewise, there is a good selection of pirates or imperial navy costumes, along with muskets, pistols and sabre props for selection. There is fitting room on the ground level, and an outdoor area with palm tree for photography sessions.
Minifigure wise, we have the owners of the shops who are husband and wife. The husband usually takes care of the Pirates Costume Shop dressing up as a captain, while the wife manages the Medieval Costume Shop. Each shop have a shop assistant, dressing up as a knight or as a pirate usually.
I thought this would make a great LEGO set - as castle lover and pirate lover will be able to integrate medieval and pirate themed buildings with other modern modular buildings. Hope you will like this idea. Thank you for your support!
