It’s a two-story LEGO beach house with a small beach in the front. It slits on the house is on a 32x32 base plat and the front beach section is on a 16x32 plate. The set could include 3 plus minifigures (as a representation of what minifigures would make sense I added a family of three) the house has an interior that include a kitchen and living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. The roof section could be a 3rd floor with another bedroom, but I felt that the space allotted may be slightly too small.
