A great location from the show Buffy The Vampire Slayer, this is the apartment Giles lived in during his run.
This was a perfect home for him in Sunnydale, with an awesome vibe and aesthetic!
I remember watching the show and loving the idea of the mezzanine bedroom, especially with the iconic tile pattern on the stairs.
The model features a hinged front and side section, to fully appreciate and access the internals.
There is the main living area with sofa, fireplace and (shock!) a TV, as well as lots of bookshelves - highly necessary for a Librarian. Behind this is the dining/study area with desk and chair. Above is the bedroom, and to the side is the large hatch and entrance into the kitchen.
This was arguably the longest running set on the show, lasting from season 1 to (I think) season 6.
