Master of the World 2020

One of Jules Verne’s lesser-known novels, “Master of the World,” features a vehicle that is capable of driving at great speeds, floating as a speedboat, submerging as a submarine, and flying. I decided to design such a vehicle, but rather than do it in a steampunk style appropriate for the original novel, I thought of how it might look if it were designed today.
So I have a sleek design, with jet-style wings, both a rocket engine and a turbine for the sea, and virtually hidden wheels. It’s minifigure scale and I’ve included the inventor Robur. The canopy and side door open.
This model is designed to appeal to lovers of classic adventure and modern science fiction.
