This is autonomous cyber motorcycle, called protector. Protectors are quick: they have time to protect various places of system from viruses, trojans and hackers, before the antivirus appears. This model have only 63 details and still look like powerful motorcycle. Also it have working (if not, please, write in comments) independent suspension from tube elements and two M3 for removing it. Protector also have stud shooter.
