This is a one modular building out of ten modular buildings in the old San Juan style. Please check out on the updates to see the other modular buildings.
There is an art gallery at the first floor, with canvases and sculpting tools. The second floor has an apartment with a small kitchen. There is also a terrace on the floor, complete with a grill and a parasol. The front exterior have a puertorican flag, butalso a pride flag. The pride flag is easily replacable if desired.
