Spelling mistake that a friend pointed out to me: Hanger instead of Hangar.
Main Feature
I can't believe that, despite proof-reading my description several times, I completely forgot to point out the main feature of the starfighter! Time to fix that...
Turning the main thruster will make the wings flip up X-wing style, exposing two heavy laser cannons (represented by two trans-red cones), as demonstrated in the images below.
